Beyond Birth - Perinatal Mental Health Practitioning
Becoming a parent is a totally transformational time of life; whether for the first time or the fourth! This 6 week programme is designed to ease the transition where you will learn to calm, soothe and connect with yourself, baby and loved ones. Focusing on mental wellbeing we will work on topics of emotions, identity, relaxation, connection and acceptance through
dialogue, mindfulness, journalling and other psychotherapeutic techniques.
